Please review and complete this form to serve as a crafter/vendor at our Erie Land Lighthouse events.
Lake Erie Lights is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation (under Presque Isle Light Station) dedicated to preserving Erie's historic lighthouses, educating the community on their value, and interpreting them for future generations. At Presque Isle Light Station, we recognize the legacy of lighthouses as beacons of hope, safety, and welcome for all and we strive to infuse these ideals into the foundations of the organization.
EXHIBITOR ITEMS: Only items made by the exhibitor are permitted. No kits, purchased resin items, etc. will be considered.

VENDOR FEE: 12’ x 12’ SINGLE SPACE ONLY - $35 - the layout will accommodate a 10’ x 10’ tent with a minimum of a 2’ buffer between exhibitor’s tents (included in overall space dimensions). You must provide your own tent and temporary fixtures, i.e. tables, chairs, displays, weight bags, etc. All tents must be weighted to the ground. Ground stakes are not permitted. The final placement of crafters is at the full discretion of the Presque Isle Light Station. All vendors are required to donate an item to the raffle at the event, minimum value of $25.

ELECTRICITY: Electricity is not available at the vending site. If you require power to operate any necessary electronics, we encourage you to bring a portable power bank or something of the like. No combustion-powered generators will be permitted unless authorized by Presque Isle Light Station via request in writing.

WEATHER: This is an outdoor event and occurs rain or shine. Be prepared for wind, rain and heat/cold. No refunds will be issued in the event of inclement weather/exhibitor cancellation.

APPLICATION ACCEPTED on a rolling basis. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for review. Signed form and payment are due 15 days prior to event start time. Spots are only guaranteed with completed contract and payment on a first come first served basis. All fees are non-refundable. If the event is cancelled, a make-up date will be provided. As a private nonprofit, we reserve the right to accept or deny vendor booth access. Please make items family friendly/appropriate.

CANCELLATION: Once accepted and payment is received, all fees are non-refundable.

EXHIBITOR RESPONSIBILITY: The exhibitor is responsible for leaving the area in the condition that it was originally received, i.e. removal of all debris such as boxes and trash. Failure to do so will reflect upon future consideration/acceptance.

PETS: Exhibitor dogs must be kept on a leash or in a kennel. Incessant barking will not be tolerated.

Hold Harmless Agreement
By executing this agreement, the undersigned agree(s) for himself, herself, itself and its/their successors, heirs and assigns that participation in Presque Isle Light Station- Lake Erie Lights sponsored events, as described herein, shall be at the risk of the undersigned, and that the undersigned hereby releases and forever discharges and expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the PRESQUE ISLE LIGHT STATION, and the officers, directors, employees, board members, agents and members of either organization, together with their successors and assigns of and from all debts, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, dues, sum and sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, doings, omissions, variances, extents, execution and liabilities whatsoever including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, claims for contribution, exoneration or indemnity, or any other thing whatsoever which might arise from the undersigned participation in Presque Isle Light Station sponsored events.

The undersigned acknowledges that he/she has read and understood the foregoing, and that he/she has been advised to consult with an attorney if he/she has any questions and further acknowledges that he/she must abide by all the rules & guidelines listed within.
