    Imperial Rental Agency offers delivery service only.

    • 40 Minutes–1 Hour — $65



    Additional Stair/Basement Fee:
    A $30 fee applies for deliveries requiring items to be carried upstairs or downstairs.




    BOOKING POLICIES



    Deposit Requirements

    • Standard Table & Chair Deposit — $100 (Non-refundable for events booked more than 10 days in advance)
    • Overnight Item Retention Fee — $100
    • Same-Day Booking Fee — $100
    • One-Day Prior Booking Fee — $55




    Final Payment Policy


    The remaining balance must be paid 10 days prior to the event date.

    Failure to complete payment by the 10-day deadline will result in:

    • Immediate cancellation of the booking
    • Forfeiture of all payments made
    • No refunds issued



    A $10 late fee will be applied to balances paid after the payment deadline.

    All payments made under this agreement are non-refundable.


    Damage & Replacement Fees


    Customers are financially responsible for all damaged, lost, or stolen rental items.

    Replacement fees include:

    THRONE CHAIR RENTAL AGREEMENT


    (Complete only if renting a throne chair or couch.)

    • $175 Rental Fee (6 hours)

    BOUNCE HOUSE BOOKING FORM


    Full rental payment is due at the time of booking.

    Customers agree to pay full replacement costs for any throne furniture damaged during the rental period.

    Late payments after the 10-day deadline are subject to a $15 daily late agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Rental Agreement. I understand that I am fully responsible for all rented items and liable for any damages, loss, or theft incurred during the rental period.
