AGREEMENT FOR DOUBLE THRONE CHAIR COUCH RENTAL According to the terms and conditions of this agreement, Imperial Rental Agency agrees to deliver one white & gold throne couch to the Customer and the Customer agrees to pay for and accept these goods. Delivery schedule $400 Throne chair $50/Delivery Fee-30min Radius(Due 10 days prior of the event) DELIVERY PRICING 31mins-50mins will be a $65 fee 55mins-1hr 20mins-$90 fee 35-40mins:$65 45-1hr:$90 2hrs:$250 Delivery delays The Business will notify the Customer of any delays that may affect the expected delivery time. Delivery fee Customer agrees to pay a delivery fee of $50 this fee covers delivery and pick up. Please fill in the spaces on the contract when the Throne chair will be dropped off and Payment will be sent. Risk of loss The Business assumes responsibility for the goods and any risk of damage, loss, or delay until the goods are delivered. Once the goods have been delivered, the customer assumes all responsibility for any damage or loss. Refundable Damage Fee The customer will be required to pay $250 during booking and $200 10 days prior.If the chairs has damage that can not be fixed the customer agrees to pay the total of $3500 each damaged chair to replace the chair.If money is not provided for the damages at arrival the next step would be would be a court procedure. CHAIR FITTING (IF CHAIR DOES NOT FIT THE CLIENT WILL RECEIVE $200 will be RETURNED) Due to holding the chair on the date and also moving cost Term and termination If one of the parties chooses to end the Agreement prior to product delivery, the Customer is responsible for paying for all work and costs incurred up until that date.
