AGREEMENT FOR DOUBLE THRONE CHAIR COUCH RENTAL According to the terms and conditions of this agreement, Imperial Rental Agency agrees to deliver one white & gold throne couch to the Customer and the Customer agrees to pay for and accept these goods. Delivery schedule $400 Throne chair $50/Delivery Fee-30min Radius(Due 10 days prior of the event) DELIVERY PRICING 31mins-50mins will be a $65 fee 55mins-1hr 20mins-$90 fee 35-40mins:$65 45-1hr:$90 2hrs:$250 Delivery delays The Business will notify the Customer of any delays that may affect the expected delivery time. Delivery fee Customer agrees to pay a delivery fee of $50 this fee covers delivery and pick up. Risk of loss The Business assumes responsibility for the goods and any risk of damage, loss, or delay until the goods are delivered. Once the goods have been delivered, the customer assumes all responsibility for any damage or loss.
