Venue Policy
Aspire Summer Experiences are scheduled to be hosted at a local elementary of innovation located at 405 W 27th St, Sanford, FL 32773. Public schools are booked through a third-party facility reservation.

The school does not manage, coordinate, or oversee these camps.

Schools are busy conducting school business, please do not contact this school regarding Aspire events. All communication must be directed to Aspire.

Failure to follow this policy may result in cancellation of your registration.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Policy
Students must be signed in and signed out by a parent or authorized adult.

Parents must arrive on time for pick-up. Aspire is not responsible for childcare outside the scheduled experience hours.

Behavior Expectations
Aspire experiences are collaborative, hands-on environments. Students are expected to participate respectfully and follow safety instructions.

Students who display behavior that disrupts the learning environment or creates safety concerns may be dismissed from the program without refund.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the limited seats available for each experience, all registrations are final and non-refundable unless an event is canceled by Aspire.

If Aspire cancels an event, families will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another experience.

Aspire Summer Passport
Students attending multiple experiences can participate in the Aspire Summer Passport program, earning themed bracelets and unlocking savings.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Policy
Aspire Summer Experiences operate on a structured schedule to ensure a smooth and safe program for all students.

Students may be dropped off no earlier than 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Parents must arrive promptly at the end of the experience for pick-up.

Aspire does not provide supervision outside the scheduled camp hours. Students who are not picked up within 10 minutes of the program end time may incur a late pick-up fee.

*Parents or authorized adults must sign students out at pick-up.

Minimum Enrollment Policy
Aspire Summer Experiences require a minimum number of registrations in order to operate.

If an experience does not meet the required minimum enrollment, Aspire reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event. In this case, families will be notified by email and will receive the option to transfer to another experience or receive a full refund.
