Drop-Off & Pick-Up Policy
Aspire Summer Experiences operate on a structured schedule to ensure a smooth and safe program for all students.
Students may be dropped off no earlier than 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Parents must arrive promptly at the end of the experience for pick-up.
Aspire does not provide supervision outside the scheduled camp hours. Students who are not picked up within 10 minutes of the program end time may incur a late pick-up fee.
*Parents or authorized adults must sign students out at pick-up.
Minimum Enrollment Policy
Aspire Summer Experiences require a minimum number of registrations in order to operate.
If an experience does not meet the required minimum enrollment, Aspire reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event. In this case, families will be notified by email and will receive the option to transfer to another experience or receive a full refund.
