In 2026 Haus of Codec will be facilitating a Vendor Blog and we'd love to have as many vendors as possible participate to raise the level of awareness and attendance for our marketplaces and increase marketing!

Haus of Codec Marketplace Raffle

Haus of Codec will host a Raffle at each of our marketplaces to help increase attendance. The raffle will be made up of pride swag, prizes and gift cards collected by Haus of Codec and items donated by our amazing vendors. If you would like to donate an item to our marketplaces, please let us know! (Item(s) or service(s) should be on average $10 - $25 in value for each market you wish to donate.) We appreciate your generosity and don't want this to be a burden to anyone. Vendors who choose to participate will be advertised as contributors to the raffle in each marketplace.

Haus of Codec Vendor Expectations

Please read through and acknowledge and agree to the following vendor expectations:
All Vendors will check in with Haus of Codec when they arrive.

All Vendors should be set up and ready to vend 30 minutes prior to the start of the marketplace. Vendors who arrive late may be asked to not vend
Vendors are responsible for their own tables, tents, and booth setup. Indoor booths are 8×6 ft; outdoor booths are 10×10 ft unless otherwise notified. Haus of Codec does not provide extra tables, chairs, or supplies.
All outdoor events require at least 80 lbs of tent weights. If you don’t have them, you will be asked to leave. Weights are available at Lowe’s: https://www.lowes.com/pd/Z-Shade-Ocean-Park-4-Black-Canopy-Weight-Plates/5014435989?store=1857 Please check stock at least 2 weeks in advance.
All Vendors are responsible for your own Trash! Leave No Trace!
All vendors are responsible to help promote our marketplace events to ensure maximum exposure and attendance . Promotional Material will be shared via email and made available in our facebook group and discord.
For issues with marketing or vendor descriptions, please contact Haus of Codec via email info@hausofcodec.org, Facebook group, or Discord. Do not post edit requests publicly.
Cancellation Policy: Due to frequent last-minute cancellations, vendors who cancel with less than one week’s notice will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made more than one week in advance will not incur a fee. All vendor fees are non-refundable, and unpaid cancellation fees must be paid before participating in a future marketplace. If Haus of Codec cancels or reschedules an event, vendors will be refunded if the event cannot be rescheduled or if they are unable to attend the new date.
No Call/No Show Policy: Vendors who fail to provide notice (no call/no show) must pay a fee before participating in future marketplaces: $50 for the first offense, $100 for the second, and $150 for the third. A fourth offense or any unpaid fee will result in a permanent ban. Vendor fees are non-refundable. If Haus of Codec cancels or reschedules an event, vendors will be refunded if the event cannot be rescheduled or if they cannot attend the new date.
Leaving Early: Vendors are expected to participate for the full duration of the event. Leaving early may disrupt the marketplace and could result in removal from the current event and/or disqualification from future marketplaces.
Accommodations: Haus of Codec strives to provide a welcoming space for all vendors. If you need accommodations (e.g., away from speakers or candles, early departure, closer parking), please notify us below or at least one month in advance. Late requests can be emailed to info@hausofcodec.org

Haus of Codec offers a sliding scale for vendors based on equity and accessibility. A minimum payment is due at registration, with the option to contribute more on the event day based on sales. Please select the correct category from each month’s dropdown when registering. Incorrect selections may result in registration rejection or an invoice for unpaid funds.
