Thank you for supporting our animals! We are a private rescue/hobby farm. Because we do not use our animals for commercial products, your booking directly pays for their food and daily care!

Exclusive Hands-On Farm Experience
• Cost: $75 minimum booking. This covers up to 5 guests. Each additional guest is $10 per person. Infants 12 months of age and under are free but please list them below with the other minors so they are included for the waiver. You do not have to include them in the paid guest count.
• Maximum Group Size: 10 guests excluding infants.
• Duration: 50 minutes.
• Parking: Two cars permitted per group due to limited parking space.

The Branch Hill Estate Experience
NO massive crowds and long lines! Branch Hill Estate is a private gated property. When you book an experience, you are the only one for that hour, so our animals' and barn manager's attention belongs exclusively to your group. You will have up-close, personal access inside the fields, stalls, and pens to interact directly with our animals rather than just looking at them over a fence.
Our experience is completely customizable to what your family wants to do. We can take a traditional guided loop through the entire property where you will meet everyone, feed them, brush them, and learn their names, breeds, and fun facts. If your kids have a favorite animal, we can also customize the time to spend all of our visit right in the pen with the baby bunnies, the horses, or the goats.

An Unmatched Variety of Animals
During your experience, you will get to pet, feed, and interact with an incredible variety of rescue animals and unique breeds you won't find anywhere else in the area, including llamas, an alpaca, mini donkeys and horses, 4 different breeds of goats, a sheep, pigs (piglets soon!), emus and emu chicks, baby bunnies, turkeys (poults soon!), a guinea fowl, a duck (ducklings soon!), 10+ different breeds of chickens, barn cats and a super-friendly farm dog. All of our animals are incredibly friendly due to the tons of time they spend interacting with people!

What is Included
• Animal Feed: We provide all the food you need to feed the animals during your hands-on interactions.
• A Farm-Fresh Gift: Every booking includes our free-range, organic, multicolored eggs to take home with you.
• Bonus Activity Access: We save the final few minutes of your time for some quick extra fun. Kids can use our playset, the tire swing, or try out our kid-friendly axe-throwing. You can also head down to our fully stocked lake to feed the fish.

Please Note

• Our animals are essentially adorable freeloaders! Because we are a rescue/hobby farm, we do not make any profit from animal products. It costs us thousands of dollars every single year just to feed and house them, and taking care of them is a 365-day-a-year job with no days off. Other than our summer camps, these experiences are the only way we pay for their grain, hay, supplies, upkeep, and health. Your booking is what keeps them happy and well-fed, and we truly appreciate your support!
• To help us value a peaceful environment for our animals and our guests, we kindly ask that you do not bring food, cake, decorations, presents, or plan any type of celebration during your visit. Exclusive Hands-On Farm Experiences are designed only for a guided visit through the barnyard and interacting with the animals. Many guests come for their birthday and celebrate at home after!
• Each experience is strictly limited to 50 minutes. Next arrivals happen right on the hour, so we are unable to allow guests to remain on the property beyond their scheduled time. This ensures the driveway remains clear and allows time for each group to exit the ranch before the next group comes. If you would like more time, we would love to have you again for another experience or a stay at our rental properties on the farm!

Please be aware that 2026 is likely our last year for this experience. As our barn manager, Max, is now graduated from Xavier University, he will soon transition into a full-time career and move off the property. We encourage you to book your visit soon to enjoy the ranch and see all of our animals while they are still available.

You will receive arrival instructions via email no later than the evening prior to your visit. If you do not get that email, please reach out as it has all the info you will need to know for where to go when arriving to the private ranch for your experience. We look forward to sharing our ranch with you!

Branch Hill Estate, Branch Hill Cabin, & Branch Hill Manor House, LLC Waiver of Liability:
WARNING: Under OHIO law, a farm animal activity sponsor, farm animal professional, or other person on behalf of the business or property owners does not have the duty to eliminate all risks of injury of participation in farm animal and water activities as may be involved with the lake/pond on site. There are inherent risks of injury and even death that you voluntarily accept if you participate in farm animal and water activities, including horseback riding, grooming, and even introduction to any animal on the property.    

I sign below as the legal parent or guardian of the minor child named on this form, hereby release Branch Hill Estate, LLC, Branch Hill Manor House, LLC, and/or Branch Hill Cabin, LLC, and its owners, employees and their heirs, until the end of time, from all liabilities, including property damage, bodily injury or death whether to self, said minor or any other person I bring to the property.  I commit that I will not -- nor will any relative, family member, insurance company, attorney or other on my behalf -- make any effort to take any legal action against Branch Hill Estate, LLC, Branch Hill Manor House, LLC, and/or Branch Hill Cabin, LLC or anyone involved with it for any reason.   I understand there is no nurse or medical personnel on site and that any health issues or concerns have been considered by me and I am willing to have my child participate in activities here in any case.  

I am willing and give permission to have my photo/my child’s photo posted on the Branch Hill Estate, Branch Hill Farm, Branch Hill Cabin and/or Branch Hill Manor House Facebook page(s) and used on the website(s), social media or in any other advertisement free of compensation to me.    

For the safety of everyone involved, I will follow directions to be best of my ability at all times and verify that so will my child.   

By signing below I also acknowledge that I understand fully that if I cancel my tour it will carry a $25 processing fee.  Any refund given to me of my original payment will be less that $25 fee.
I understand that transfer of dates is not able to be made and that Exclusive Hands-On Farm Experiences are rain or shine (hot or cold weather conditions).  I understand that guests are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather to stay comfortable during the visit. In inclement weather mud/rain boots are highly recommended.
