Riders First Reschedule Request Form
Thank you for choosing Riders First. We understand that schedules change and sometimes you need to make adjustments. This form asks for some basic information that we need in order to process a reschedule. Once the fee is paid the reschedule will be processed (if availability) and you will be notified via email.
Rescheduling a class date may only be possible for students who use this link to complete the “Reschedule Request” Form seven days or more before their scheduled class date. Rescheduling is done on a space-available basis, and we make no guarantees you can reschedule for the specific date of your request. There is a non-refundable $50 + administrative fee to reschedule. If the space is available once your payment is complete, you will be moved to your specified date and location. Please text Riders First at (463) 269-9959 if your scheduled class date is less than seven days away. If you cannot attend, do not attend, are counseled out, or fail to complete any portion of your training or testing, you forfeit your registration and registration fee. There are no guarantees you will pass this training or testing. We will not provide refunds for any reason.

If you are rescheduling your class from a promotional period to a date outside of that promotion, you will be required to pay the difference in price before your registration will be updated. This fee will be beyond the fee required to reschedule of $50. Our regular season pricing is $299. You will be invoiced for the difference and the invoice fulfilled before your registration will be moved to your new requested date.
