THE TRADE SHOW AGREEMENT:

In addition to the above information, the vendor further agrees to exhibit and sell specialty, handmade, unique, and/or niche book-arts-related products to complement/supplement products offered by the On-Site Supply Vendor, who will be selling basic book arts materials, at the 2026 FOBA Conference according to the schedule provided in this agreement; and to be responsible for setup, staffing, and teardown of the vendor’s wares and related materials at the appropriate times.
If registration for the conference falls below expectations, FOBA reserves the right to cancel or renegotiate this contract until April 1, 2026.
If the conference location or facilities are unavailable for any reason outside of FOBA control, this agreement shall automatically terminate, and FOBA shall not be liable in any fashion for any losses of any sort vendors may incur.
The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless FOBA, its officers, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, actions, damages, or liabilities arising from or relating to the Vendor’s participation, exhibit operation, or presence at the Conference.
Vendor agrees to abide by all United States copyright laws whether statutory or common law in nature. FOBA shall not be responsible for failure by the vendor to do so and vendor agrees to indemnify and hold FOBA harmless from any violation of said laws whether intentional or unintentional.
