Shipping Signature ConfirmationBy selecting yes, we will ship your Rental Suite Sampler with Signature Confirmation required upon delivery. This means that FedEx will require a direct signature and personal hand-off upon delivery to ensure your package is not left on your doorstep. Positively, this ensures your faux floral rentals are safely handed to you. Sort of not cool, you have to be home when they try to deliver. They typically attempt 3 times before shipping back to us. We cannot schedule a timeframe for delivery, so they come, when they come! ...it's totally up to you, but we simply want you to know it's an optional upgrade for delivery.

If you are located outside of the continentual USA, such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or another country...the flat 10% will not be valid as shipping to these locations is unfortunately more expensive. Other Important Things to Know

We will ship out your Rental Suite Sampler within 7 days from submission. Shipping takes on around 4 business days, from us to you...and, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow its trip from us to you.
Inside will be a prepaid FedEx shipping label that is linked with your order and valid for 5 days after they are delivered. Please don't loose it, as any resend of this label will cost $5.
If you drop your return package off later than the 5 days we allow, you will be charged $15 per late day. Or, if dropped off later than 10 days late, you be charged the retail value of the unreturned items.
Just like many rental companies, items are expected to be returned in their original condition we shipped them to you in. Since you are simply giving them a trial run, we don't expect any damages...but, we can say we've heard a story or two of a dog thinking the bouquet was a new toy! So, same goes here, if anything comes back damaged, you will be responsible for the replacement cost of retail value of a bridesmaid bouquet at $95 each or if a centerpiece at $135 each.
We hope you totally love your in-person trial and place your actual wedding day rental booking with us in whatever dreamy suite you decide on. However, please know that Rental Suite Sampler costs are not applied to your future order. This order itself is it's own booking.
Pretty much, our team is committed to upfront and easy to understand agreements and we mention the above to serve as a protection to both parties as to what is expected with this Rental Suite Sampler trial run.
