This is a two-part class. Students must attend both classes to receive their Safe Sitter Certificate.

I, hereby grant to the Platte County Health Department the absolute right and permission to use images (photographs, video) of my minor child(ren), in its promotional materials and publicity efforts. I further understand that the images may be used in a publication, print ad, direct-mail piece, electronic media (e.g. social media, video, CD-ROM, DVD, website) or other form of promotion. I release the Platte County Health Department, the photographer or videographer, their offices, employees, agents or designees from any violation of personal or proprietary right I may have in connection with the use of my child(ren)’s images.
