Christmas Mall Vendor Registration

Vendor Fee - $175 for Saturday and Sunday

• Each vendor will be provided a 10x10 space, one 6 or 8 ft table, and two chairs.
• Tables are required to be covered.  Each vendor must provide their own table cloths.
• Please make your displays festive and attractive! Please consider providing candy canes or other Christmas treats at your table.
• Vendor set-up: Friday, December 5th – 3 pm – 8 pm
• Vendor set-up: Saturday, December 6th, 8 am - 9 am
• Depending on booth location, Load in will be from the lower level parking lot, back entrance or top level parking, back entrance.
• All booths must remain open throughout the times the mall is open.  No early breakdowns. (Saturday, 10 am - 5 pm and Sunday, 12 pm - 2 pm)
• All vendors are subject to approval to ensure balance, variety, quality and messaging.
• Spaces are assigned for continuity and balance.
