  • It's that time of year again!

    We are looking for local (SC, NC, or GA) makers and artisans who produce a product - either goods or food, for our Holiday Flea!

    Items should be small-batch and handcrafted, and themes should be in line with the mission of the Swamp Rabbit Cafe & Grocery. While we appreciate businesses who provide a service only (chiropractor, etc), we will typically not accept this type of vendor for our Fleas.

    The Holiday Fleas will run from 10 am to 3 pm on the following Saturday mornings:

    November 29

    December 6

    December 13

    December 20

  • Please list either a website address (custom, Etsy, Squarespace, etc.), an Instagram or Facebook site, or both for your business.

  • We require that all of our food vendors follow the same guidelines as the food we sell in the store. This would include things like: no artificial colors/flavors, high fructose corn syrup, msg, or hydrogenated/partially hydrogenated oils.

    As you are probably aware, it is our mission to buy, sell and cook with local food to support a just and sustainable food system that allows local farmers and food makers (like you!) to thrive. As a potential food participant in our Flea, we will heavily favor vendors that are using local ingredients (like eggs and dairy) from a local farmer and not from industrial factory farms.  We realize the cost may seem prohibitive, but the cost of our community not supporting farmers is way higher, and our customers trust us to always do what we can to highlight and support farmers.

    If you need help sourcing items, our Food Hub does wholesale thousands of local items to local businesses and restaurants and we'd be happy to help direct you to alternate sources too.

  • Booths are approximately 10x10 and are preassigned. We are unable to provide tents, tables or chairs. Please list any special requests for your booth including electricity which can be provided for a limited number of booths.

     

    Please note - our Holiday Fleas are located outside. We will proceed with these events rain or shine. In the event of extreme inclement weather, we will asses the situation, and weigh our options of cancelling or rescheduling. 

  • Below are the dates of the 2025 Holiday Fleas! Please select all of the dates that you would be available to attend. If you are selected as a vendor, we will let you know which date you are selected for! Most vendors will be assigned one date, if there is additional space we may allow mulitple dates. 

  • A $10 application fee is required to submit this form and is non-refundable. Payments must be made via credit card below. If you are selected for one of our Flea dates, the $10 application fee will be credited towards your total vendor participation fee of $45. 

     

    Please note that this is an application fee for our Holiday Flea. Filling this form out does not guarantee participation. We will notify you with our decision on or before September 12th, 2025.
