BBNI Leader Training for Young Leaders, aged 18 - 30 years old.
Date: Friday 24th - Sunday 26th July 2026

Venue: Boys' Brigade NI Newport, 117 Culcavy Road, Hillsborough. BT26 6HH

Cost: £25 (£20 Early Bird rate until 30th April 2026)

Age: Participants must be 18 years old by 30th June 2026 to attend Step Up.

Times: Friday 7pm - 10pm, Saturday 9am - 10pm, Sunday 9am - 12.30pm

An unforgettable weekend for 18-30 year-old male and female young leaders/helpers, who are already serving in The Northern Ireland Boys' Brigade (BBNI) or are planning to start. It will equip them with leadership skills, ideas, and resources for their role in BB, which will be of massive value to your company. This weekend will bring together faith, friendships and training - all while gaining their BBNI Leader Training qualification.

Step Up will be fun, challenging, and an opportunity to meet new people and make memories that will last a lifetime. It will be a fantastic experience for any young leader or helper, with plenty of discussions, interaction, and conversations with other young BBNI leaders.

Participants can choose between residential and non-residential options to best suit their needs—the key is being part of the Step Up journey!

All meals and refreshments will be provided throughout the weekend.

To complete the BBNI Leader Training Qualification, attendance at all sessions is required.
