WHAT IS SNAKE AVERSION TRAINING?
This workshop is to teach teach your dogs to stay away from snakes by the scent and sight of them. We want them to leave the snakes alone with no indication from ourselves. This workshop will conducted safely as live snake(s) will be used.
IMPORTANT PREPERATION!!
The purchase of a suitable remote collar will be the responsibility of the participant. This collar will need to deliver a spray of air, citronella or pulse via remote control(please contact Debbie to discuss collar would suit your dog and what is legal in your state).
The trainee dog need to wear the collar must become accustomed to wearing the tcollar at random times and for varying durations for at least two weeks before attending the workshop and afterwards.
The functions, including the spray, must not be activated whilst the dog is wearing the collar prior to the training session with Debbie.
