Payment and Payment Information.
Advertiser agrees to pay the amount shown below per the publishing package for the Publishing Services on the Acceptance Date, or in the event of delayed payment Advertiser shall pay the Provider (or if applicable Provider may charge or debit Advertiser) (a) in connection with SEO/Visibility Services, on the earlier of the date or 30 days after the Acceptance date; (b) in connection with all other Services, within 30 days after the Acceptance Date; or (c) in the event of a Payment Plan, in the manner and on the timeline described below. Provider will issue an invoice to Advertiser, the invoiced amount will be due in full, without set off, on or before the due date set forth in such invoice (or if no due date is set forth in the invoice, within 30 days after the date of the invoice).
The PROFOUND SEO 12-MONTH PLAN Total reflected below plus any additional finance charges reflects the cost of the first 12 months of continuing services, services to begin upon initiation of signed contract, and any portion of that amount not paid at the point of sale will be invoiced and due within 10 days of the date of initial purchase.
Cancellation Terms
Subscriber may cancel continuing PROFOUND SEO services by sending Provider an e-mail notice of nonrenewal to office@perissosdigitalmarketing.com. In order to ensure continued and uninterrupted Subscriber or Consumer access to the enhanced online content and visibility management services and to prevent potential loss of data, site indexing status, or loss of time-sensitive reporting, Provider will automatically renew the services for an additional 12-month term at the same rate unless Subscriber sends Provider a notice of nonrenewal by email or mail in advance of the end of the current term. Provider will send a reminder of the forthcoming automatic renewal date via email or mail at least 15 days in advance of the renewal date.
If Subscriber terminates the program prior to the first renewal date, a cancellation fee of $250 will be charged. If the program has been paid in full, there will be no refunds, and no cancellation fee will be charged. Payment for any remaining balance shall be made at the discretion of Provider via ACH debits, traditional invoicing with timely payment, or by charging the credit card provided by Subscriber upon initial purchase on or within four weeks of the expiration of the current term. The parties agree to all the terms and conditions of the Service Agreement signed contemporaneously with this Invoice.
