**Please submit one booking form per child. Allow 7 days to receive online ordering proof gallery and 3-4 weeks for completed order once your order has been placed. Digital images and additional gift print sheets are available for purchase after your session.

COPYRIGHT & POLICIES: As a client of Harvest Moon Studio, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Harvest Moon Studio are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. I understand it is ILLEGAL to scan, copy, print or reproduce without PHOTOGRAPHER's permission. A limited PRINT RELEASE is supplied with the purchase of digital images for self printing up to 8x10in. I understand the limited print release does not guarantee image or print quality by any consumer lab and the Harvest Moon Studio only guarantees prints produced locally by them. By choosing "I Agree" I will honor the above statement.
