If we don't receive your cancellation over the phone within 24 hours, we will assume this reservation is good. We will only charge the amount of your reservation quote if you don't show up, or $150, whichever is smaller. We need to compensate our drivers for the time invested in traveling to a rider's pickup location. If we can't find the cadet, or this reservation was made for a different time and or date, We will have to charge 100%, because the driver has been dispatched, and they need to get paid also.
