  • In signing below, I have indicated that the above student has my permission to participate in the above named organization, and I hereby waive the HCCM from any and all liability, other than gross negligence with willful misconduct of the HCCM. 

    ALL ARTS WILL BE OF HISPANIC ORIGIN: Mexican, Latino, Cuban, Spanish, Puerto Rican etc.

    Students may participate in ONLY ONE dance program and ONLY ONE music program (NO EXCEPTIONS) during the school year.

    We pledge to be the best we can be: to be team players to respect the rules, opponents, officials, and each other, and improve ourselves in spirit, mind, and body.

    Enrollment is Limited 

    Due to space, MAXIMUM is 15 students per class & must have MINIMUM 4 students to make a class.

    *All students must maintain a cumulative 75% or 2.75 Grade Point Average. Student will be asked to bring a copy of their report cards at the end of each 6 weeks.

     

  • TUITION & REGISTRATION: Registration is online through the HCCMidland.org website. We require enrollment in autopay to complete registration, please contact HCCMidland if you need to make separate payment arrangements. 

    · A Membership fee of $50 per family is due at the time of enrollment, plus 1st installment payment of $100.00 

    · Full tuition can be paid at registration $360.00

    · Installment Plan - Our tuition is based on 4 installments ($100) on the 1st of the month (Aug. 1st, Oct. 1st, Jan 1st, April 1st)

    · Tuition is based on the 9 months of classes, not number of classes in a month. Holidays are factored into the tuition numbers. 

    ·  Tuition is not prorated for late registration, withdrawal, or missed classes. 

    ·  Tuition payments are non-refundable. This applies to all installment plans. There will be no refunds, credits, or transfers to another semester. 

    LATE PAYMENT POLICY: A late fee of $15.00 will be added to the tuition rate after the 10th of the month if unpaid. 

    WITHDRAWAL: Notice must be given in writing ten days before the beginning of the month, or you are obligated to pay for that month’s tuition installment. HCCMidland is not responsible for fees incurred due to failure to withdraw in the appropriate time frame.
