Vendor registrations are NON-REFUNDABLE unless canceled by Volcano Consulting, LLC.Set up must be complete no later than 90 minutes before the event is scheduled to begin.We are seeking vendors who can provide services that are relevant to each event. No sales for social services oriented events, please.To ensure a variety of resources are available to the community, vendor registrations may be refunded for those who register but are deemed to be over the cap for any particular category of services. Ex: If there are more than two dental resource providers, the third registered dental resource vendor may be refunded or confirmed to attend another event at no additional fee (according to the vendor's preference).This event is considered a public event and photos and video are expected to be taken. Please let a staff person know if you do not wish to be included in media. We will do our best to accommodate you.
