50/50 Payment Option

Use 'discount code' DEPOSIT to apply the 50% 'booking cost' to secure your date and rental items outlined here on your subtotal. The final balance (or other 50% of your subtotal) will be due one month prior to your wedding date and we will email you a payment link around that time.

Signature ConfirmationGuarantee a safe handoff with Signature Confirmation required upon delivery. This means that UPS will require a direct signature and personal hand-off upon delivery to ensure your package is not left on your doorstep. Positively, this ensures your faux floral rentals are safely to a person at your address. Sort of not cool, you have to be home when they try to deliver. They typically attempt 3 times before shipping back to us. We cannot schedule a timeframe for delivery, so they come, when they come!

Payments
50% of your order is due as a non-refundable deposit. And, the last 50% will be due 4 weeks prior to your wedding date. If you desire to make final payment sooner for financial planning, you are welcome to do so, but all payments are non-refundable.

Lost or Damaged Items
You are responsible and will be charged the full retail cost of any item(s) lost or damaged so we can replace them for the next lovely bride. This is 2.5x the rental cost. Please make sure you delegate someone to have your invoice to reference for counts on items and collect your rentals at the end of your wedding day, as you don’t want your friends or family taking them home to keep on accident…as these are rentals. We don’t like surprises, so we kind of must mention this policy, just like many rental companies outline. We also will email you a 'Credit Card Hold' form a few weeks prior to your wedding date to ensure we have an active card on file.

Late Returns
Your prepaid shipping label(s) are valid on or before ‘Your Return Date’ outlined above. You will be charged $100 per day after this date. This is because we would be making accommodations for the set you have in your hands...that is supposed to be renting to the next excited bride. If you loose your prepaid shipping label(s), you will be charged $15 for re-labeling, as we oringally had your package specially linked from send out to come back within our system.

Other
By making payment, you agree and understand what is outlined within this invoice in its entirety. Deposits are non-refundable, but if your date changes, we will do our best to accommodate your new date, but are not required to. We will send your final payment invoice one week prior to due date. If you see a new rental suite that you love, we will totally allow you to switch styles (if available) at no cost. Our team is committed to upfront and easy to understand agreements, policies, and processes. If you have any questions regarding anything written in this document, please ask us before you purchase, as we want you to be confident and excited to book with us. This agreement is to serve as a protection to both parties as to what is expected for this rental.

By the way, if you happen to recieve a 'merchant error' notice upon clicking submit, this is typically a safe measure that some credit cards have for large amounts. Meaning, you will need to contact your credit card company using the number on the back of your card to notify them you actually are trying to place an order with The Faux Bouquets. It's rare this occurs, but totally happens on occasion and we don't want to loose you as a bride (thinking its our system kicking you out, haha). Basically, after a quick a-ok to your card company and a re-submission, all is good-to-go, every time this has happend in the past!
