If you have selected "yes", you will be upgraded to our Extra Details ($75 & not free) and we will order your custom florals after your inspiration photos to get us ‘mostly there’. However, when these stems come in (approximately within 2 weeks) we will officially schedule our 30-minute Google Meet video design experience to dial-in the bridal bouquet ‘recipe’ and tweak to perfection your preferences in blooms, accents, and foliage’s. We will then forego the original inspo pics and coordinate the rest of your set after the bridal bouquet we design together in this call so everything nicely matches as a floral suite. We will send you completion photos of your fully assembled collection within 3 days. We will wait 24 hours for approval to ship or to hear if minor alterations are requested. If alterations are requested, they may be subject to additional fees, as the point of the video consult is to outline any specific requests at that time for final design goals. Please know if we do not hear from you, we will assume they are just perfect and ship.

This upgrade will require a direct signature and personal hand-off upon delivery to ensure your package is not left on your doorstep by FedEx. Positively, this ensures your faux florals are safely handed to you. Sort of not cool, you have to be home when they try to deliver. They typically attempt 3 times before shipping back to us. We cannot schedule a timeframe for delivery, so they come, when they come!

If you’re located outside the continental USA, such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or internationally, shipping is not free and will require a custom quote due to higher carrier rates. Please request a shipping quote before placing your order.

Terms and Conditions

By submitting payment, you agree to all details outlined in your order. Designs are a blended interpretation of your inspiration photos, not exact replicas, and progress photos are not provided unless an upgrade is selected. Orders ship with tracking and coverage for the full purchase value and will be completed by your listed completion date; transit typically takes an additional 5–7 days but is not guaranteed. Expedited shipping or signature confirmation must be added prior to purchase. Once shipped, we are not responsible for carrier handling, though we will file claims if needed. Customers are responsible for address errors or reshipment fees. All sales are final, as materials and design time are reserved specifically for your order.

By the way, if you happen to recieve a 'merchant error' notice upon clicking submit, this is typically a safe measure that some credit cards have for large amounts. Meaning, you will need to contact your credit card company using the number on the back of your card to notify them you actually are trying to place an order with The Faux Bouquets. It's rare this occurs, but totally happens on occasion and we don't want to loose you as a bride (thinking its our system kicking you out, haha). Basically, after a quick a-ok to your card company and a re-submission, all is good-to-go, every time this has happend in the past!
