Since we (or even a fresh florist) cannot make exact replicas of any single photo, we request three favorite bridal bouquet inspiration photos that you love and want your order designed after. We design everything after a blend of those inspo pics for color palette and finished style, and aesthetic. Essentially, those three photos should be inspiration to what you envision your set designed after! Also, we ideally want your inspiration pics to be in natural lighting so we can best see the true colors present. If you can't find natural lit pics of bouqs you love, we are happy to use the filtered ones, but we will do so with a disclaimer for safe measure since we (to some degree) would be guessing what the 'natural lighting' version of that bouq looks like.

If you are after tropical, brooch, dried elements, or heavy pampas (essentially, something that you typically don't see throughout our photo galleries) please know you might be subject a 'specialty add-on' fee. But, we'd obviously contact you if that applies to your inspiration pics that you'll be sharing with us later on in this form...as 99% of the time we are absolutely flat-rate pricing!

If you are located outside of the continentual USA, such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or another country...the flat 10% will not be valid as shipping to these locations is unfortunately more expensive. We are happy to provide a quote for what shipping costs will be, just contact us directly at info@thefauxbouquets.com to get that started, as we'd love to work with you regardless of where you are! <3

Terms and Conditions

By making payment, you agree and approve what is outlined within this order outline in its entirety. If any changes to the outlined listing are requested after payment, fees may apply. You understand exact replicas of the inspiration photos are not possible, which is why we work off a combination of the attached photos for color palette and style goals, as a ‘blend’. Progress photos, completion photos or alterations are not provided, unless otherwise outlined (such as our Extra Details optional upgrade). Orders are shipped with tracking and coverage for the purchase value via FedEx Ground or Home Delivery. We will complete your order no later than your outlined completion date. Transit from us to you takes approximately, but not guaranteed, an additional 5-7 days from your ‘completion date’. If you would like expedited shipping options or signature confirmation upon delivery added to your order, these important details must be outlined within your invoice prior to purchase. Your order is carefully packaged and guaranteed to be in top notch condition when shipped out our door. However, after it is out of our care, we unfortunately cannot be responsible for how the package is handled. If a claim is needed in an unfortunate event, we will file this with FedEx for investigation for the purchase value of your order. If your package ships to an undeliverable or incorrect address, you are responsible for any costs to resend or redirect the package. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason, as we specially purchase materials and set aside design-time for your order. Our team is committed to upfront and easy to understand agreements, policies, and processes. If you have any questions regarding your order or our policies, please ask us before you purchase, as we want you to be confident and excited to place your order with us. This agreement is to serve as a protection to both parties as to what is expected for this order
By the way, if you happen to recieve a 'merchant error' notice upon clicking submit, this is typically a safe measure that some credit cards have for large amounts. Meaning, you will need to contact your credit card company using the number on the back of your card to notify them you actually are trying to place an order with The Faux Bouquets. It's rare this occurs, but totally happens on occasion and we don't want to loose you as a bride (thinking its our system kicking you out, haha). Basically, after a quick a-ok to your card company and a re-submission, all is good-to-go, every time this has happend in the past!
