    I hereby agree and give my permission for Louisiana Red Beans & Rice Heritage and Music Festival  and/or partners to record, film,photograph, audiotape or videotape myself (hereinafter collectively referred to as “2026 Louisiana Red Beans & Rice Heritage and Music Festival”) and to display, publish or distribute these Works for the purpose of publishing, posting on the Louisiana Red Beans & Rice Heritage and Music Festival  website and posting on social media sites. I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these Works now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of the 2026 Louisiana Red Beans & Rice Heritage And Music Festival . I understand that these Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of the Louisiana Red Beans & Rice Heritage and Music Festival control. I agree that I will not hold the Louisiana Red Beans & Rice Heritage and Music Festival or any of its affiliates responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction.

    **Louisiana Red Beans and Rice Heritage and Music Festival Vendor Code of Conduct**


    1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:

    Vendors must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations applicable to their business operations at the festival.


    2. Ethical Business Practices:

    Vendors are expected to conduct their business with honesty, integrity, and transparency. They should not engage in any deceptive or fraudulent practices.

     
    3. Respect for Heritage and Culture:

    Vendors should respect and celebrate the heritage and culture of Louisiana, particularly in relation to red beans and rice cuisine and music traditions.

     
    4. Customer Service:

    Vendors must provide excellent customer service to all festival attendees. This includes being friendly, helpful, and responsive to customer inquiries and needs.

     
    5. Food Safety and Hygiene:

    Vendors serving food must adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards to ensure the health and safety of festival attendees.

     
    6. Environmental Responsibility:

    Vendors should strive to minimize their environmental impact by reducing waste, recycling, and using sustainable practices whenever possible.

     
    7. Collaboration and Community Engagement:

    Vendors are encouraged to collaborate with other vendors, festival organizers, and the local community to create a positive and inclusive festival experience.

     
    8. Respect for Diversity and Inclusion:

    Vendors should treat all festival attendees, staff, and other vendors with respect and dignity, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other characteristic.

     
    9. Compliance with Festival Guidelines:

    Vendors must adhere to all festival guidelines and regulations provided by the festival organizers, including setup and breakdown times, booth requirements, and any other specific instructions.

     
    10. Feedback and Improvement:

    Vendors are encouraged to provide feedback to festival organizers for continuous improvement and to enhance the overall festival experience for everyone involved.

  • Vendors tent will be provided by organizer.  Tables and chairs are not provided and must be provided by vendor. If you would like to rent a table and chair it will be an additional $40 charge to do so and must be requested upon completion of application. Vendor spacing will be 10x10 booth space per purchase. Electricity will not be provided. 

    In order for set up to run smoothly, each vendor will be assigned based on first com first served basis. 

    Please note ALL fees are non-refundable, but can be transferred the followings year, festival if issues arise concerning attendance. Good for the next year only!!!

          VIP Food Vendor

          We are seeking a diverse selection of food vendors offering high-quality, freshly prepared menu items that appeal to a wide range of festival guests. Vendors may include those serving traditional festival fare, regional cuisine, seafood, barbecue, international dishes, desserts, and other specialty food items.


          We especially encourage vendors whose menus reflect bold flavors, creativity, and cultural influence, aligning with the spirit of the Louisiana Red Beans and Rice Heritage and Music Festival.


          All food vendors must meet local health and safety regulations and are expected to maintain clean, professional, and efficient operations throughout the event.


          Please note that space is limited, and vendors will be selected to ensure a well-balanced variety of food options. While we strive to create a successful environment for all participants, sales are not guaranteed. All food trucks must be available to arrive on 03/19/2027 TBA. Service Dates Saturday 03/20/2027 (11am to 7pm) and Sunday 03/21/2027 12pm to 6pm).

          VIP Craft Vendor

          We welcome talented craft vendors who offer unique, handmade, and artisan goods that reflect creativity, culture, and quality craftsmanship. Ideal vendors include those featuring items such as handmade jewelry, home décor, candles, textiles, woodwork, art, bath and body products, and other original creations.


          All craft items should be primarily handcrafted or custom-designed, showcasing originality and attention to detail. We encourage vendors whose products celebrate heritage, creativity, and individuality, aligning with the spirit of the Louisiana Red Beans and Rice Heritage and Music Festival.


          Please note that space is limited, and we aim to curate a diverse selection of vendors to enhance the overall festival experience.

          VIP Lemonade / Specialty Drinks / Sweet and Treats Vendor

          We are seeking vendors who specialize in freshly prepared lemonade, unique handcrafted specialty drinks, and a selection of dessert sweets and treats. This includes items such as fresh-squeezed lemonade, flavored lemonades, iced teas, fruit-infused drinks, aguas frescas, mocktails, as well as desserts like baked goods, candies, pastries, and other sweet indulgences.


          Vendors are encouraged to offer creative, high-quality beverages and treats that are visually appealing and refreshing for festival guests. All items should be prepared with attention to quality, presentation, and overall customer experience.


          Please note: Snowballs, slushies, and similar frozen ice-based products are not permitted in this category.


          Due to limited space, vendors will be carefully selected to ensure variety and a well-balanced beverage and dessert experience for attendees.
