  • If you have previously expressed a preference to ITCA (IRL) regarding use of your child's image, the preference you express on this entry form supersedes that for this event only. Usage preferences for images taken outside of this event are a matter for you and ITCA (IRL). ITCA's GDPR Policy has further information about use of images.

  • All competitors must be members of the Association or other Topper Association. Those who are not members will need to either join, or pay for a one-event membership. The one-event membership can be paid for on this form. The entry fee for the event is £40. One-event membership of the Topper Class Association is £10.

      • EVENT PRIVACY NOTICE
        SLYC collects and processes the personal information provided by competitors and, where applicable, their parents or guardians, including via ITCA (IRL) to administer and facilitate participation in the event, including entry, communication, safety, race management and results.

        Where you have agreed to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) and other rules governing the event, the lawful basis for processing your personal information is contract. Where you are not bound by those rules, the lawful basis is legitimate interests, namely the safe and effective organisation and administration of the event.

        Some information may be shared with ITCA (IRL), of which all competitors must be members, and with other organisations where required by the event rules, including Irish Sailing, the RYA, competitor's national authority and/or World Sailing.

        The results of the event and the outcome of any hearing or appeal may be published.

        This notice applies to all event entrants, including non-members of SLYC and participants resident outside the UK.
