Pool Party Form - Germantown Aquatic Center

Parties may be scheduled from 7:00-9:00 pm or 7:00-10:00 pm
Please read the Aquatic Center rules and regulations before submitting payment information
1. Rental Fee is due upon reservation of the date and signing the rental agreement.

2. The group is responsible for its conduct and must be accompanied by a group leader at least 21 years of age. The group will need one (1) adult for every ten (10) children.

3. The group and its leaders are responsible for any damages or losses to the pool equipment and/or facilities. Decorations are allowed provided they do not permanently alter the pool premises.

4. The Municipality of Germantown/Germantown Aquatic Center assumes no responsibility for personal property brought into the facility.

5. The Germantown Aquatic Center will provide certified lifeguards for both the safety of the swimmers and protection of the Municipality.

6. Germantown Aquatic Center Guards will enforce all rules.

7. In the event of inclement weather, a previously selected rain date will be scheduled. Rain dates can be rescheduled Monday-Thursday evenings.

8. A three (3) day cancellation notice is required to receive a full refund.

9. The Germantown Aquatic Center has the right to cancel a rental at any time.

10. Water balloons or other pool toys that contain confetti or other small pieces/particulate are not allowed as they have a history of damaging our filtration system.

11. No alcoholic beverages or glass containers are allowed, however you may bring other outside food or beverages.
