By becoming a member of OPAA, the member grants to OPAA the use of images of member and member's artwork for OPAA related purposes, including advertising, educational and promotional materials, brochures, flyers, electronic & multimedia publicity and publications. OPAA shall have the right to use Member's name in connection with all advertising & promotional materials regarding OPAA. Member shall retain al 17 U.S. §106 copyrights in all original works of authorship.

Occasionally OPAA will give our memership list to art supply companies who help sponsor our events.
