Mommy & Me Workshop

We are super excited to be hosting our first Mommy & Me Halloween themed Cake Decorating Workshop!! Included with the workshop is a 2 layer 6” vanilla cake, all supplies needed, refreshments, and a certificate of completion. Only one child and parent are included into the cost. $25 for one additional child. Only one additional child will be allowed. No extra guest will be allowed. Halloween costumes are welcome but not mandatory. Please nothing too scary for the sake of the other kids. Parents may dress out as well. Location will be sent out once payment is confirmed. If you need to add a second child let me know when I text you. SALES ARE FINAL, NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. RETAINER FEES are used to secure your slot and should be paid before submitting this form. All retainer fees are NONREFUNDABLE but can be transferred once to a date that is available. No refunds will be given to anyone who pays in full and has to cancel, that balance can also be transferred! Please double check your order before submitting a payment so they'll be no confusion!

2. BALANCES AT TO BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE THE DAY OF PICK UP! In the event that you do not pick up your order and the balance is left unpaid there will be a inconvenience fee that is to be paid on top of your unpaid balance before allowed to book again. Also, If your cake is not picked up on the scheduled day there will be a $25 (per day) storage fee added and that fee must be paid before the cake can be picked up. It can only be held for 2 days, IF I HAVE THE SPACE TO HOLD IT if not than please understand it is your responsibility to make arrangements to get your cake.

3. RUSH ORDERS A $40 fee will be added to any cake placed less than 7 days prior to pick up. All rush orders have to be paid in full at booking.

4. CHANGES We do not accept any changes the week of pick up.

5. CAKE CARE All cakes should be left refridgerated until 1-2 hours before serving. Do not set your cake up in direct sunlight. Do not leave your cake in the car. All these factors will cause melting/sweating and we will not be held responsible. Cupcakes can be left out in a room tempature area in your home unless otherwise stated.

6. DAMAGE POLICY We are not responsible for any damages made to your cake or treats during transport, set up, your personal storage, or any other time once it has left our hands. No Exceptions!

7. Late Pick Ups I allow a 15 minute grace period for pickups and after that late fees of $1 per minute will be in effect and have to be paid before I hand you your cake. Note that I will not be sitting around for hours waiting on you to pick up your cake so please treat my time as it's your own. Friday & Saturdays pick up hours are strictly enforced. Friday pick up is 4-5pm and Saturday 10am-12pm.

8. Please note that I, STRAWBERRY BLISS LLC, reserve the right to have creative freedom when recreating any images that you may upload. Meaning I can recreate but I'm NOT obligated to duplicate another artists work.

9. By submitting your signature and retainer fee you are accepting all my terms and conditions listed above, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR FORM AND PAYMENT!!!!

10. Lastly, I will not be held responsible for any misunderstandings on your behalf due to failure of thoroughly reading through my terms and conditions. These rules have been placed here for your convenience and understanding. Thank you!
