Dear Online Student,

Thank you for choosing to take your classes via Zoom or online. While we also offer in-person classes, please note that we cannot be held responsible for issues that may arise with online courses, including but not limited to:
- The class dropping, unless the issue is on our end
- Enrolling in the wrong class
- Not receiving the online link
If any of these issues occur, you will be responsible for reordering or re-enrolling in another class.

If you disagree with this policy, we kindly encourage you to consider switching to in-person classes instead.

I AGREE TO NO REFUND POLICY
Pam’s Place Online Class Policy (Effective 01/01/2023)

Attendance Requirement: All students must watch the entire class to receive credit.
Engagement: Students are required to answer all questions during the class.
Submission of Work: Classwork must be submitted for it to count toward course completion.
Facilitated Classes: Every 3rd or 4th class will be conducted via Zoom, where a facilitator will ensure students are engaging and learning.
Classroom Etiquette: All participants, including facilitators, must be appropriately dressed and have materials ready for note-taking.
Active Participation: Students must actively participate throughout the class.
Camera Requirement: Students are required to keep their cameras on during Zoom sessions.
Quiet Environment: Students must be in a quiet learning environment, free from background noise. (Examples of inappropriate settings include lying in bed or driving a vehicle.)
Failure to adhere to these requirements may result in being dropped from the class that day, and attendance will not be recorded. This is a serious educational environment, not entertainment. Please come prepared to learn.
