    The current public website is under maintenance so the current AWC request forms are available for requesting repeat prescriptions while the website is debugging.

    AWC doctor(s) will evaluate the information you have provided. We will endeavour to reconcile this with other sources of information. Once we are satisfied that issuing a prescription is appropriate, and safe, you will receive an electronic prescription, a copy of this prescription will go to your nominated pharmacy. For controlled drugs, we can issue only monthly dispensing.
