There will be no refunds unless we have a waiting list and I can fill your spot. Payment Plan funds collected will not be returned if you decide to not attend or don't fully pay. All payments must be paid by February 5, 2027 for the February 2027 Retreat or your registration will be cancelled. We have 6 foot and 4.5 foot tables. You will be assigned the largest table I have available when you sign up. You do have an option of bringing your own table instead of using ours. Let me know if you would like to bring your own table. Refunds will not be given due to table size.

A Quick Note About 2027 Pricing: We’re opening registration NOW so you can reserve your spot while we wait to hear whether Tara Wildlife will be increasing its rates for 2027. You can choose to register and pay the current 2026 rate now, and I’ll contact you if there is a difference once the 2027 rates are finalized. Or, you can register now and pay later—your registration will hold your spot, and I’ll send you an invoice as soon as the final pricing is confirmed. You’ll have 30 days from the invoice date to pay; after 30 days, unpaid spots will be released and you’ll need to re-register if space is still available. Either way, you can get your name on the list now and know your spot is being held!
