Hello and welcome to our first cleanse of the year Refill & Reset! All of my cleanses are a minimum of seven days and mainly raw. Around 60% of accumulated waste is released in the first seven days of cleansing.By doing this you may experience side effects, some of which may not be PLEASANT, but this is your body working for you!! A list of side effects will be covered in our cleanse. I strongly believe that in order to truly heal we must release past traumas, fear and things within our body that no longer serve us. This cleanse will focus on removing toxins, improving the digestive system,mental clairty and a sense of overall well being. It will include recipes, mind preparation, spiritual practices, group support, daily schcedules, shopping list, coaching and so much more. This cleanse involves juicing however it can be subsittued!! Remember during this time you MAY feel worse before you feel better. During this journey you will be in a support group, where you will join other individuals who will support, motivate, and experience this process with you.
