Hey there! I’m so excited that you’re interested in joining The Lifting Club😊.
This program was created for women who already have the basics of lifting down and are ready to keep refining their skills while getting stronger along the way. The goal? To help you feel more confident, capable, and like a total badass every time you step into the gym.
The Lifting Club is a monthly membership designed around progressive overload, so you’re continually building strength, confidence, and momentum- both in and out of the gym. You’ll train with intention, lift heavier over time, and walk away feeling strong, empowered, and proud of what your body can do.
Sessions run Monday through Thursday at 4:30 and 6:00 PM, all out of my private studio located in Brantford, ON. After registering, you will be sent a follow-up e-mail with the address, a link to create an account and start booking your classes.
