FEES: The cost of the Walk is $225.00 per person which includes all meals and lodging. Transportation to and from the Walk is not included. A minimum $25.00 non-refundable registration fee must accompany this application, with balance payable before or at the start of the Weekend.
All registrations with deposit must be received at least 30 days before the Walk's start date. Deposit is non-refundable, non-transferable or can be applied to a future walk. If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the Walk, full refund minus the $25 deposit can be refunded. If cancellation or no show 30 days or less before the Walk, monies will not be refunded.
DEADLINE: Applications and payment must be received no later than 30 days before the Walk.
CONFIRMATION: You will receive a confirmation from the registrar when your application is received. However, this acknowledgement does not guarantee your placement on the Walk as there are a limited number of spaces. Applicants will receive confirmation of Walk placement from the registrar before the Walk.
