- MASKS are optional but recommended if a player is sick. Organizer reserves the right to request players and spectators to wear masks as necessary.
- Spectators maybe allowed but policy might change to restrict them from being in the Playing hall
- Food is NOT allowed in the Playing hall. Only Water cups or small closed liquid bottles will be allowed
- Organizer provided sets MUST be used
- Organizer provided scoresheets MUST be used
- Clocks are limited and might not be available for all the Players
- Players (including Minor Children) will be photographed occasionally and pictures taken will be posted on official website and/or social media by the Organizer (Any exceptions/waivers to this will need to be notified to the Organizer in the Comments box of this form)
