    Payments

    Your payment secures your order and pick up date.  All Payments are non-refundable within two weeks of pick up.  This gives me sufficient time to make sure I have all the supplies I need to make your yummy cookies.  

    Cancellation and Refund

    To receive refunds, cancellation notice MUST be received at least 14 days prior to pick up.  Cancelling orders 7-13 days before pick up will incur a 50% cancellation fee.  No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 7 days before pick up.

    Pick up Dates and Times

    If you are not able to make your pick up day and time, it is your responsiblity to make arrangements for the order.  If you do not make arrangement and miss your pick up day, no refunds will be given.  Your order will be donated to my local Police and Fire Department.
