Please note: Entry fees are $10 for the first artwork entry and $5 for all artwork entries thereafter.

Instructions:

Enter your contact information.

Select the number of entries:

For your work, enter: title, year completed, dimensions, price and any additional comments for each work submitted.

Ensure that your JPEG(s) file is properly resized and named (see-Prospectus - Step 1 Artwork Preparation)

Click on "Choose File" to upload the JPEG of your artwork. If submitting two JPEG's, repeat the above.

Selecct a payment method - Check or PayPal

Electronically Sign the Form by using the "Signature Box". Place the mouse cursor in the Signature Box, hold down the left mouse button and add your signature using the mouse.

If Check has been selected as the method of payment, when all the appropriate information is filled in, click the "Submit" button.

If PayPal has been selected as the method of payment, when all the appropriate information is filled in, click the PayPal Checkout button. You will be redirected to log into your PayPal account. After successfully paying through PayPal your submission information will be submitted.

If you select PayPal and as you are logging into PayPal you want to change your method of payment, "X" out of PayPal. You will be back in the submission form. Select Check, fill in the amount, and press Submit.

I hereby agree to assume all risk and responsibility for any damages that any art work that I submit may sustain in connection with any Exhibit or Show sponsored by the Art Society. I release and hold harmless the Society, its officers and members from all claims of liability sustained in connection with my involvement in the activities of the Society even if such damage is caused in whole or in part by the negligence or fault of the Society, its officers or members.
 

I am also aware that photos may be taken during the reception and takedown that may appear on the Art Society of Monmouth County website.
