Location: Genesis Academy, 5135 McEver Rd. Oakwood. This event will take place in the school gymnasium.
Booth Spaces: Each space is approximately 10’ wide by 10’ deep. You will be responsible for keeping your area clean during and after the marketplace. All entrants are expected to bring their own displays, materials, tables, chairs, electrical cords, etc.
Booth Rental: $50.
Vendor Categories: Arts & Crafts, Children Activities, Civic/Non-Profit/ General.
Set-Up: Begins at 9:00 AM on Saturday.
Breakdown: Begins at 4:00 PM on Saturday
Tax: Each applicant is responsible for collecting and reporting Georgia Sales Tax (7%) on all sales, if applicable.
Marketplace Rules: The Marketplace is a family-oriented event for spectators of all ages. The work exhibited must be in keeping with this atmosphere.
Restrictions:
· No refunds will be made for cancellation or removal for any cause.
· No sound equipment (such as radios, tape decks, CD players, stereos, or instruments being played in booths) allowed.
· No alcoholic beverages allowed.
· No inappropriate content/material. It is the right of Genesis officials to ask for the removal of items deemed inappropriate.
Release Agreement: I do hereby release, acquit and forever discharge Genesis Academy, its agents, servants, employees, successors, and assigns, and all other persons, firms, and corporations (collectively the “Entities”) from and against any and all actions, causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, loss of services, expenses, and compensation, which I may acquire or accrue, arising out of any events taking place November 7, 2026, or otherwise connected with the 2026 Genesis Holiday Marketplace. This indemnity agreement includes all attorney’s fees, costs, and expenses incurred by the Entities in conjunction with asserting a claim against the undersigned for indemnity. I also understand that I am responsible for any Revenue and/or Sales Tax applicable for items sold at the 2026 Genesis Holiday Marketplace and none of the Entities have any responsibility or liability for said Revenue and/or Sales Tax. Nothing in this indemnity agreement shall relieve an Entity from liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
