Pizza Order Form
Fun Friday lunch this Friday!! Each lunch is $8.00 each and includes 2 slices of pizza, chips, dessert, and a drink. You can order extra slices for a charge of $1.50 per slice. Pizza will be ordered the day before. ALL ORDERS ARE DUE BY 2PM ON THE THURSDAY PRIOR TO FRIDAY LUNCH. No orders will be taken the day of or during carpool.
