  • This course will explore key

    customer service clusters that strengthen both individual interactions

    and organizational systems. Participants will examine how to understand

    the customer experience, build human connection, stabilize difficult

    interactions, improve communication between departments, and streamline

    information for more consistent service. Through practical tools and real world application, this course helps companies and individuals create clearer

    communication, stronger trust, and better customer outcomes.

    Instead, the full class price will be charged at registration.

    After training is completed, you will receive a reimbursement for the 40% discount.

  • Workshop attendance and refund policy.

    If you inform us that you cannot attend the workshop at least 1 week prior to the scheduled date, you may be eligible for a refund.

    However, if you do not notify us in advance, you will not receive a refund, as your registration fees are required to cover the instructor’s fee.
