    Thank you for your interest in competing for Go Hard Basketball-STL.
    Please understand that this is NOT a recreational program and the focus on mental and physical competitiveness increases dramatically. The philosophy of this program is to give youth in the St. Louis City/County, St. Charles County, and surrounding areas an opportunity to play basketball at an advanced level while developing them to perform stronger at their current Middle School and High School levels, with the intention to prepare them for the High School and College levels, respectively, while teaching life skills from the game of basketball.

  • TERMS & CONDITIONS

    By becoming a member of the Go Hard Basketball-STL Travel Basketball Program, you agree to the following terms & conditions, and Waiver Forms below. Any time "We" is used it is referring to Go Hard Basketball-STL, LLC. Any time "you", "your" or "client" is used, it is referrign to parents/guardians that sign up their child(dren) into the Competitive Traveling Basketball Program.

    If you do not agree with our terms & conditions, we ask that you DO NOT enroll into our program. Our terms are extremely clear and protect the integrity of our program. Our program is selective and certainly NOT for every family. We only want to work with families who truly buy into our culture at Go Hard Basketball-STL.

    No Refund/Credit Policy

    Signing up for our program is a risk. Once your athlete's uniform has been ordered, it can not be cancelled without forfeiting the funds. We do not provide makeups or refunds/credits for training or games missed as a result of injury, illness, scheduling conflicts, emeergency or any other event out of Go Hard Basketball-STL's control. Your athlete's spot is not transferable to anyone else (including siblings). We also do not push back, freeze, hold or delay program payments. Any training or game not attended/participated in within this specific Traveling Season Program is considered forfeited. There is always a risk in unexpected events coming up that may prevent your athlete from attending/participating. Our terms stay the same regardless of use of our service. By becoming a member of our program, you understand & agree to take on the risk.

    Payment Policy

    Once your athlete has been recruited as a member of Go Hard Basketball-STL, his Uniform Fee is due within 7 days (which enables his uniform to be ordered immediately), with the remaining balance due in full by March 31, 2026 (Most expedient and beneficial for athlete).

    If the total fees can not be paid in the most expedient manner, the schedule for payments will be as follows:                       

         - First payment in full OR minimum for Uniform Fees ($275.00) are due within 7 days.

         - Remaining balance OR 50% of remaining balance due by March 31, 2026.

         - Remaining balance due by April 15, 2026.

    **Payments can be made by Check. Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, Venmo, CashApp or Zelle.                                                                                          (There wil be an additional $25 NSF Fee assessed for a returned checks for non-sufficient funds.)

    Travel And Accommodations For Athletes

    The Hotel/Transportaton Fee for each player is $240 per trip for those athletes traveling without parents. For all trips, Athletes will bunk (4) to a room. Each overnight stay will be for (2) nights. Our travel days are on Friday evenings with a planned departing window of 2:30-4:30pm depending on mandates of certain events. (Also, because of the high number of participating teams from around the country, some events may call for parents to request excused absences/early releases, and their homework from their teachers.) Transportation to, during and from each event will be provided. All athletes must bunk and hang with the teams. Extended family and friends are welcome to join the Go Hard Family at our team dinners on Saturday nights. Athletes are not allowed to leave the hotel or the venue to go with family or friends.

    Training Schedule Policy

    Our practice/training days, times, and/or locations are always subject to change. We try to keep the schedule the same, but there is a always a chance something could change. By signing up you are agreeing to the risk of days, times & locations changing.

    Current Training Schedule location & time windows:  (Subject to change)

    O'Fallon Christian Church in O'Fallon at 9380 Veterans Memorial Pkwy.

    - Mondays from 5:15 - 6:15pm

    - Tuesdays from 5:15 - 6:45pm and 7:00 - 9:30pm

    - Thursdays from 5:15 - 6:15 and 6:30 - 7:30pm

    Please Note: 

     **On random days the gym may be unavailable due to church events. In these cases, if we are not able to secure a different gym without an additional cost, we will cancel practice for that session.

    **At times we will train on certain holidays that fall on our training days, and other times, we will not train.

    Player Expectations & Results

    Each player is expexted to be on time, coachable, positive, work hard & be respectful to their teammates, coaches, parents, and officials. They are expected to work hard in class and train on their own covering the homework from each session. We do not guarantee any results. Results will vary based on each player's effort, evergy & time they put into the program both in person as well as at home practicing the skills covered in in our training sessions. Each player's results are up to them and is their responsibility. They are to bring energy, effort, a basketball & water to each session.

    No Coaching Policy

    Our practices/training sessions will be open for observation. There is no coaching or yelling from the sideline in practices. Parent/Guardians must wait until after the practice session is over to speak with their athlete unless there is an injury or emergency.

  • Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

    I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all activities of Go Hard Basketball-STL, LLC during the selected session. In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy by Go Hard Basketball-STL, I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless Go Hard Basketball-STL and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of travel to, participating in, or returning from practices, exhibitions, parades or competitions conducted during the season.

    There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all sports activities, including basketball. Some of these injuries include, but are not limited to, the risk of fractures, paralysis, or death.

    In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against Go Hard Basketball-STL, LLC including all coaches and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event.

    Furthermore, all images and videos of Go Hard Basketball-STL are the property of Go Hard Basketball-STL, LLC and can be used for any promotional consideration.

    I hereby state that I have carefully read the above waiver. Acceptance and understanding of this agreement are hereby acknowledged.

  • Medical Release and Authorization

    As Parent and/or Guardian of the named athlete, I hereby authorize the diagnosis and treatment by a qualified and licensed medical professional, of the minor child, in the event of a medical emergency, which in the opinion of the attending medical professional, requires immediate attention to prevent further endangerment of the minor’s life, physical disfigurement, physical impairment, or other undue pain, suffering or discomfort, if delayed.

    Permission is hereby granted to the attending physician to proceed with any medical or minor surgical treatment, x-ray examination and immunizations for the named athlete. In the event of an emergency arising out of serious illness, the need for major surgery, or significant accidental injury, I understand that every attempt will be made by the attending physician to contact me in the most expeditious way possible. This authorization is granted only after a reasonable effort has been made to reach me.

    Permission is also granted to the Go Hard Basketball-STL Director/Coach/Team Parent to provide the needed emergency treatment prior to the child’s admission to the medical facility.

    Release authorized on the dates of the registered sessions.

    This release is authorized and executed of my own free will, with the sole purpose of authorizing medical treatment under emergency circumstances, for the protection of life and limb of the named minor child, in my absence.

    I have read and agree to the Medical Release and Authorization.
