Model Release
I, the undersigned, grant Yulia Moore Photography permission to photograph me and/or my minor child or children during this model call session.
I authorize Yulia Moore Photography to use photographs created during the session for the studio’s website, portfolio, social media, advertising, promotional materials, educational content, printed publications, displays, and other lawful business and marketing purposes.
I understand that the photographs may be edited, cropped, retouched, combined with artistic elements, and displayed in any format selected by the photographer.
I understand that I will not receive additional compensation for the photographer’s use or publication of these images.
Model Call Session
I understand that this is a discounted model call session created for portfolio development, advertising, promotional artwork, and other studio purposes.
The photographer will select the styling, props, outfits, wraps, accessories, colors, backgrounds, poses, and session setups.
Because this is a model call session, I understand that I may not request specific themes, props, colors, outfits, poses, or finished designs. The photographer retains full creative control over the session and final images.
Booking Fee
I understand that a $100 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve my session.
The booking fee will be applied toward the image package I select after the session.
The booking fee will be forfeited if I cancel without approved rescheduling, fail to attend the session, arrive too late to complete the session, or choose not to continue with the model call.
Package Pricing
I understand that current model call package options and prices are displayed on the Yulia Moore Photography website.
By submitting this agreement, I confirm that I have reviewed the current package options and understand that I must purchase one of the available packages after viewing my finished preview gallery.
The package information displayed on the website at the time I book my session will apply to my reservation.
Preview Gallery and Package Selection
After the session, I will receive a finished preview gallery showing the professionally edited images available for purchase.
I understand that:
I will have 24 hours after receiving the preview gallery to choose my package.
The remaining package balance is due immediately after I make my selection.
My final gallery will be delivered within 48 hours after full payment is received.
I will receive only the images included in the package I select.
I will not receive free watermarked or logo-bearing images.
All purchased images will be delivered without the Yulia Moore Photography logo or watermark.
Images not included in my selected package will not be delivered.
RAW, unedited, unfinished, or rejected images are not provided under any circumstances.
Refund Policy
Once I have access to download purchased images, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Image Delivery
Session packages include professionally edited digital images only unless otherwise stated on the website.
Printed products, albums, wall art, and other physical products are not included unless purchased separately.
The photographer determines which images are suitable for presentation in the preview gallery. Images that are duplicates, out of focus, test images, unflattering, incomplete, or otherwise unsuitable will not be shown or delivered.
Copyright and Personal Use
All photographs created during the session remain copyrighted property of Yulia Moore Photography.
Purchased digital images include permission for personal use and personal printing.
Images may not be sold, used commercially, entered into contests, submitted to publications, or transferred to another business without written permission from Yulia Moore Photography.
Clients may not apply filters, remove artistic elements, substantially alter the images, or edit the photographs in a way that misrepresents the photographer’s finished work.
Normal cropping required by social media platforms or printing services is permitted.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
I agree to contact the photographer at least 48 hours before the scheduled session if I need to request rescheduling.
Rescheduling is subject to the photographer’s availability and approval.
The booking fee is non-refundable. If rescheduling is approved, the booking fee may be transferred to one new session date.
Failure to attend the rescheduled session will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
Session Rules
I understand and agree that:
No cameras, cell phone photography, video recording, or other recording devices may be used during the session unless approved in advance.
Only individuals approved to participate or assist may attend.
Children who are not being photographed should not attend unless approved beforehand.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
I will follow all safety instructions provided by the photographer.
The photographer may stop or end the session if unsafe behavior occurs or studio rules are not followed.
Liability Release and Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in a photography session involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, allergic reactions, accidental contact with studio equipment or props, and other unforeseen incidents that may result in personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss.
I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this session on behalf of myself and/or my minor child(ren) and knowingly assume all risks associated with participation.
I certify that I am responsible for determining whether I and/or my child(ren) are physically able to participate in the session. I agree to immediately inform the photographer of any medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, disabilities, or special needs that could affect the safety of any participant.
I understand that I am solely responsible for the supervision, behavior, and safety of my child(ren) and any guests accompanying me during the session.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, discharge, and hold harmless Yulia Moore Photography, its owner, assistants, employees, contractors, volunteers, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, or attorney's fees arising out of or relating to participation in the photography session, including injury, illness, death, emotional distress, or property damage, except where prohibited by applicable law.
I agree that I will not bring any lawsuit or legal claim against Yulia Moore Photography for injuries or damages arising from participation in the session, except where caused by intentional misconduct or where such waiver is prohibited by law.
Parent and Guardian Responsibility
If signing on behalf of a minor child, I certify that I am the child's parent or legal guardian and have full authority to enter into this agreement.
I accept full responsibility for supervising my child(ren) before, during, and after the photography session.
I understand that the photographer is not acting as a babysitter, childcare provider, or medical professional and is not responsible for supervising children except while safely posing or photographing them.
Property Damage
I agree to be financially responsible for any damage caused by myself, my child(ren), or any member of my party to studio equipment, furniture, props, backdrops, flooring, walls, decorations, or other property due to intentional acts, reckless behavior, or failure to supervise children.
Emergency Medical Care
In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Yulia Moore Photography to contact emergency medical services if I cannot be reached or am unable to respond. I understand that any medical expenses incurred are solely my responsibility.
Indemnification
I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Yulia Moore Photography from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, attorney's fees, or expenses arising out of the actions, negligence, misconduct, or behavior of myself, my child(ren), or anyone accompanying me to the session.
Studio Safety
I understand that photography equipment, lighting, props, furniture, stands, backdrops, and other studio equipment may present hazards if touched or used improperly.
I agree that neither I nor my child(ren) will touch, climb on, move, or use studio equipment unless specifically instructed by the photographer.
I accept responsibility for ensuring that my child(ren) remain under my supervision whenever they are not actively being photographed.
Agreement and Electronic Signature
By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Model Call Agreement and Model Release.
I understand that my electronic signature is intended to be legally binding and has the same effect as a handwritten signature.
