NCRAAO Vendor Registration form

Dear Friends of NCRAAO:

I am excited to announce that the 51st Annual Conference of the North Central Regional Association of Assessing Officers (NCRAAO) will be held August 10-13, 2026 at the Astoria Hotel and Event Center, 363 15th St W, Dickinson, ND 58601.

Our NCRAAO Conference will feature a centralized exhibit area where interested organizations may display their products and services and interact with assessment professionals from throughout the North Central Region. Our goal is to educate and entertain approximately 200 attendees while providing exceptional networking opportunities. We hope you will join us!

To be an active participant in this exciting event, please fill out the questions in the following pages, and pay the $850.00 booth fees (which includes one conference registration). General Booth locations will be assigned in the order in which the application (with payment) is received. Exhibit space is limited, so please act quickly!

If you are unable to attend the 2026 Conference, but wish to demonstrate your support of our organization, you may take advantage of our 2026 NCRAAO Sponsorship opportunity. For only $200, we will add your business name and website link to our NCRAAO 2026 Conference Sponsor webpage. We will also include your name and contact information inside our printed 2026 Conference Program and on a sign at the registration desk. Your Sponsorship will help to offset our Conference expenses. If interested, please fill out the NCRAAO Sponsor form in the following pages, and submit payment of $200.00.

One conference registration is included in the exhibit fee. We have planned extraordinary keynote, educational, dining and entertainment experiences that you will likely not want to miss! Conference Exhibit Information

Exhibits will be set up in the Event Center. Exhibitors may set up between 1:00 to 6:00 P.M. on Monday, Aug 10th or after 7 A.M. Tuesday, Aug 11th. The opening session, breaks, lunches, and dinners will take place inside the exhibit area.

The exhibit registration fee is $850 ($500 for the exhibit space, and $350 for one conference registration). In the next pages, are two choices for exhibit space, please choose one prior to July 17, 2026. Exhibit space is limited!

Note: This selection reserves your General area only. Specific table locations within each area will be first-come, first-served during setup. We recommend arriving early for the best table selection within your assigned area.
