Exhibitor Booth Application Form
You are invited to participate in the 26th Annual Community Christmas Tree Lighting.

The Community Christmas Tree Lighting will be held rain or shine on Sunday, November 29, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at Village Green Park. Events include FREE activities, live entertainment, and booths hosted by a broad spectrum of community groups.

Space has been reserved for a select number of Community Organizations, Non-Profits, Government Agencies and Businesses to host booths at the event. Exhibitors may distribute or collect information, however NO SALES or DONATION SOLICITATIONS are allowed and all are required to provide a free game, activity, or give away for attendees to enjoy. Exhibitors must provide their own tent, table, and chairs. To participate, please submit your online application NO LATER THAN November 1, 2026.

Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The Cordova Community Council reserves the right to accept or deny applications with or without cause. You will be notified by phone or email as to whether or not your application has been accepted. Thank you for your consideration.
