    Abstract
Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy is an evidence-based, structured modality for treating trauma and maladaptive memory networks. Through bilateral stimulation—such as eye movements or tapping—clients can process distressing memories, reduce emotional distress, and strengthen adaptive beliefs about themselves and the world.

Recognized by major international organizations including WHO, VA/DoD, NICE, and SAMHSA, EMDR Therapy is a recommended treatment for PTSD and other trauma-related disorders. Research supports its effectiveness in treating anxiety, depression, and complex trauma.

The goal of this training is to equip clinicians with the skills, knowledge, and support to confidently implement EMDR Therapy. The training includes five full days (40 direct hours) of didactic and experiential learning, followed by 10 hours of consultation to deepen understanding and application.
