  • All-inclusive Fee
    Your all-inclusive fee includes transfer from NY and back, retreat registration, private room, and meals as follows:

    4-day creative workshops
    4 days/3 nights single-occupancy accommodation with private bathroom
    Homemade meals: 3 breakfasts, 4 lunches, 4 dinners


    A variety of activities including yoga, game night, and paint-and-sip.

    Registration Fees can be paid in three payments (September 15, November 15, and January 15).

    Member $1,200.00
    Member Partner Rate (for 2) $2300.00
    Student $900.00

  • Travel:
    American Alliance for Theatre & Education (AATE) will provide roundtrip ground transportation from NYC to the Retreat location. 


    AATE will book your accommodations for the nights of the Reatreat (March 16-19, 2026).

  • Cancellation Policy

    If your plans change, a refund of 75% of your registration fee, minus a $30 administrative fee, will be provided for cancellation requests received by 4:00 PM ET on January 15, 2027.

    Please email your request to Alexis Truitt at alexis@aate.com.

    After this date, we are unable to offer refunds.
