    Our festival will be held at the Bell Tower Green in downtown Salisbury, NC, USA.
    The Bell Tower Green Park is located at the intersection of W Innes St & S Church St. 

    Festival Date: Saturday, September 12, 2026, 11:00 am-5:00 pm
    Festival Location: Salisbury, North Carolina, USA

  • All food vendors must provide an insurance certificate listing Salisbury Pride, Inc. as the certificate holder. Please obtain this certificate before completing this form.

  • Vendors cannot arrive before your assigned load-in time and must be set up by
    10:30 AM.

  • Substantial deviations from items described here or agreed upon prior to the festival may result in the removal of vendor privileges. Salisbury PRIDE reserves the right to restrict types of items vended based on fundraising considerations and exclusive rights purchased by sponsors. Additionally, please refer to the Vendor Terms & Conditions for details on merchandise.

  • Food Trailers: Because space is limited, and due to safety, vehicles must be detached from the trailer and only leave the trailer in the festival area.

  • Please provide the total footprint of your setup.
    Example: you have a food truck and also need a covered booth space adjacent to your truck. Please list the length and width (in feet) of the total space you require. This includes the tongue of trailers.

  • Sponsors & Vendors agree to all terms and conditions noted below. Failure to follow them may result in the removal of vendor privileges.

  • Salisbury Pride, Inc. is classified as a public charity under section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Effective February 15th, 2012, contributions made to Salisbury Pride Inc. are deductible under section 170 of the Code. Please contact your tax preparer for information regarding your specific tax situation.
