Welcome to the Salisbury Pride Celebration!

Our festival will be held at the Bell Tower Green in downtown Salisbury, NC, USA.
The Bell Tower Green Park is located at the intersection of W Innes St & S Church St.

Substantial deviations from items described here or agreed upon prior to the festival may result in the removal of vendor privileges. Salisbury PRIDE reserves the right to restrict types of items vended based on fundraising considerations and exclusive rights purchased by sponsors. Additionally, please refer to the Vendor Terms & Conditions for details on merchandise.

{sponsorOrganization} ("Sponsor"), represented by {name31}, agrees to provide financial sponsorship for the 2026 Salisbury PRIDE Celebration on Saturday, September 12, 2026. As a sponsor, I understand I will receive the applicable sponsorship opportunities described in this agreement.

I further understand that these opportunities will not be valid until this agreement is signed and my check or online payment at www.salisburypride.org has been issued to and accepted by Salisbury Pride, Inc. before August 15, 2026 (August 1, 2026, to be included on commemorative items if applicable). As a sponsor, I agree to provide digital artwork for all promotional advertising to sponsors@salisburypride.com or via digital upload.

Sponsor hereby grants Salisbury PRIDE, Inc. a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to the artwork for use in promotional advertising including, but not limited to, posters; banners; flyers; newsletters; websites; print, online, and email ads; t-shirts; cups and other printed and online materials promoting the Salisbury Pride Celebration as applicable with the sponsorship level selected.

By signing below, I, {name31}, as an agent/representative of {sponsorOrganization}, hereby acknowledge, accept, and agree to all terms and conditions listed above. 

Salisbury Pride, Inc. is classified as a public charity under section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Effective February 15th, 2012, contributions made to Salisbury Pride Inc. are deductible under section 170 of the Code. Please contact your tax preparer for information regarding your specific tax situation.
