Winter Mini Retreat 2026

This is a one-day mini-retreat in Hartford County, centered around finding alignment, supporting personal and collective well-being, and dreaming for the year ahead. You can expect opportunities for reflection, meaningful human connection, and collective learning. This experience is open to all humans regardless of background, age, industry, or role, and will be tailored specifically to meet the needs of registrants.

Date: Saturday, January 24

Timing: 10:00-4:30

Cost: The event is pay-what-you-can from $200-400. Full program, lunch, coffee/tea, and snacks will be included.

Location: Lyceum Center (227 Lawrence Street, Hartford)

All revenue from renting space at the Lyceum goes directly to support Forge City Works, a nonprofit that serves people in the Hartford community with barriers to employment by providing job training in the food and hospitality industry to help them achieve sustainable careers.

USDWe strive to make our programming as accessible as possible, and work hard to ensure that our rates are fair and nonexclusive to people of historically marginalized identities. Our people-facing services are therefore offered on a sliding scale. You can assume that the midpoint is what it takes for us to come out even on our time and expenses. There is NO shame in choosing the lowest option, and if you can contribute higher than the midpoint, that helps support others who may not be able to afford as much. In deciding how much to pay, we encourage you to make generous, open-hearted choices that honestly honors your personal circumstances and any privileges you hold. We also encourage you to pursue support from your employer if it is appropriate and/or use professional development funds if they are available. If the lowest option is still too much for your budget, please list the amount you can contribute and reach out to us about taking advantage of our Solidarity Fund.
