  • Sabor y Motor Fest 2026 – Car Show Participant Guidelines
    1. Vehicle Presentation
    Participants are encouraged to arrive with a clean, well-presented vehicle suitable for public display. All vehicles must be safe to operate and comply with applicable laws and event safety requirements.

    2. Attendance
    Participants are expected to remain with or near their vehicle during the event whenever possible. Friendly interaction with attendees is encouraged. Branded apparel, club shirts, or team attire is welcome.

    3. Display Items
    Participants may display informational signs, banners, trophies, or automotive memorabilia within their assigned space. Any additional displays must remain within the assigned area and be approved by event management if necessary.

    Event Guidelines
    1. Vehicle Load-In & Departure
    All vehicles must arrive during the designated load-in period and be in their assigned space before the festival opens. For the safety of guests, vehicles must remain in place until the official conclusion of the car show unless otherwise authorized by event management.

    2. Event Compliance
    Participants must follow all event schedules, parking instructions, safety rules, and directions from Sabor y Motor Fest staff. Burnouts, excessive revving, reckless driving, loud stereos, or unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited.

    Car Show Information
    Vehicle check-in and load-in: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM on event day.
    Cars will be displayed throughout the festival.
    Participants are welcome to bring folding chairs, canopies, and small display items, provided they fit within the assigned space and do not obstruct neighboring vehicles or pedestrian walkways.
    Official Sabor y Motor Fest 2026 signage may be placed throughout the car show area.
    People's Choice voting will take place during the event.

    Cancellation & Force Majeure
    If Sabor y Motor Fest 2026 is canceled, postponed, or interrupted due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the event organizers—including but not limited to severe weather, acts of God, fire, flooding, labor disputes, civil unrest, or public safety concerns—participants will receive a refund of applicable registration fees, or a prorated refund if the event is partially completed.
