Trauma-informed leadership plays a key role in supporting direct support professionals (DSPs) and reducing turnover. Our next virtual training introduces the core elements of trauma-informed leadership, offering practical strategies particularly useful for front-line managers and directors. Participants will explore specific scenarios and solutions to apply these concepts effectively.
