Thank you for filling out the Consumable order form for this years marching band season. 

The responses to this form will be used to calculate the individual student consumable fee for Marching Band 2026.  Uniform/Consumable fees are calculated using this approach for many reasons:

• To ensure all fees are communicated clearly at the time of commitment and collected efficiently
• To ensure consistency in visual appearance
• To ensure every student has the required items needed to participate

In addition, this form will be used to order all required uniform pieces for the entire marching band season.  This will be the only time many of these items will be ordered in bulk.  Since the band does not keep additional pieces,(shorts, polos, shoes, etc) any late orders will be delivered late and require a additional shipping charge.  Students will not be able to participate if they do not have the required items.

You may opt out of purchasing some if they are already owned by your student. Once this form is submitted, purchases are made and all consumable items will be the property of the student.  If student drops band prior to the drop deadline, items already ordered cannot be returned/refunded.

Completion of this form and payment are Due on May 1, 2026.

• Sizing will be determined based on measurements that will be taken for Competition uniform

Rifle and Sabre

• King Rifle-36" black strap and bolt
• Required only for the weapon line but available for any member

• King Sabre-36" 
• Optional but available for any member interested in learning. 

Flag Bag

• embroidered and personalized with last name

Ever-Dri Gloves

• Required only for the weapon line

Guard Member Jacket

Practice Items 

• The M Tank Practice Uniform is required for all. If this is already owned and in acceptable condition, you do not need to repurchase this item.
• The Practice Bag is an optional item.

For your convienance, Mason Band Boosters provide two simple ways to pay for this required band fee.   Although credit card payment is always preferred, a check for the total can also be placed in the drop box at the high school.  Always include your students name and student ID in the memo.
