For girls completing their Gold Duke of Edinburgh’s Award through Girlguiding Cymru
Looking for an unforgettable residential experience? Join us in beautiful North Wales for five days of teamwork, challenge, and adventure!

Deposit: £50 (to secure your place)

Event Details
Arrival & Departure
24th August: Arrive before 12 noon. The afternoon will include outdoor activities, followed by an evening meal and games.
28th August: Depart after 3pm.
What you’ll be doing
Across the residential, you’ll take part in a rewarding mix of:
Service work: Helping with maintenance around the Felin Bach site. This well-used Guiding centre relies on volunteers, and your contribution will make a real difference.
Outdoor activities: Delivered by a local provider, giving you the chance to challenge yourself and have fun.
Important Information
To meet Gold Duke of Edinburgh’s Award residential requirements, most participants must be new to you. Therefore, a maximum of 2 participants per unit can attend.
All food and activities are included in the total cost.
Cost & Payment
A minimum of 8 participants is required for the residential to go ahead. If this number is not reached, your deposit will be refunded. Please note that deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or are unable to attend.
